Akik ismernek, azok tudják, hogy a célom – más könyvelőkkel ellentétben – nem az, hogy vállalkozó léttedre megtanítsalak könyvelni vagy eligazodni a számvitel és az adózás bonyolult világában, hanem az, hogy közelebb hozzalak egymáshoz benneteket a könyvelőddel.

A vállalkozók és a könyvelők között sokszor van egy kommunikációs szakadék. A vállalkozók többsége nem érti a “könyvelői” nyelvet, a könyvelők nagy része pedig nem bánná, ha a vállalkozóknak kötelező lenne egy alapozó tanfolyam, mielőtt vállalkozást alapítanak.

Többek között ezért is hoztuk létre a mirevállalkoztam oldalt és zárt csoportot a facebookon.

A csoportba itt tudod a csatlakozási szándékodat jelezni. 

Tartottunk itt már ingyenes videós alapozó tanfolyamot és folyamatosan osztunk meg tartalmakat, amelyek segítik a vállalkozók munkáját és a kezdő vállalkozók vállalkozóvá válásának folyamatát.

Hogyan tudod tehát kiválasztani a megfelelő könyvelőt?

Ismerős útján. Kérdezd meg az elégedett ismerősödet, hogy mi a szakterülete a könyvelőjének és hogy volt-e már ellenőrzése a vállalkozásának. Ha volt, annak mi lett a végkimenetele? Ha nincs vállalkozó ismerősöd és kénytelen vagy a neten keresgélni, akkor a véleményekkel csak óvatosan! Megnézném, hogy ki véleményezett… házastárs, barátnő, gyermek… soha nem lehet tudni.

Ha sikerült kiválasztani a szimpatikus, kedves, nyugodt (ez utóbbi nagyon fontos…) könyvelőt, akkor azzal, hogy különös figyelmet fordítotok a szerződésre, sok problémának, félreértésnek elejét vehetitek.

Lássuk azonban, hogy a közös munka során melyek azok a mondatok, amelyekkel feleslegesen mérgezed a közöttetek kialakult kapcsolatot és amivel előbb-utóbb eléred azt, hogy úgy döntsön a könyvelőd, hogy nem kíván veled tovább dolgozni:

  • “A barátnőm (fiam, lányom, menyem, szomszédom) is könyvelő és szerinte ez nem így van.” Egy könyvelő sem fog versengeni senkivel és harcolni a maga igazáért. Ha nem bízol a tudásában (annak ellenére, hogy a szerződésben foglaltak miatt a munkájáért vállalja a felelősséget), akkor bonts szerződést és könyveltess azzal, akinek hiszel.
  • “A másik nővérke (bármilyen szakma behelyettesíthető) katázik, az ő könyvelője szerint ezzel nincs gond. Ez nekem is sokkal olcsóbb lenne.” A könyvelőd nyilván a megfelelő információknak utána nézve és a megfelelő tudás birtokában javasolta neked a számodra legmegfelelőbb adózási módot. Ez nem csak a tevékenységedtől függ, hanem még ezer más tényezője van. Biztosan elmondja neked, ha megkéred rá, sőt, optimális esetben ezen már túl is vagytok.
  • “Én otthon mindent könyvelek, csak egyeztetnünk kell.” Nem, ennél a számvitel sokkal összetettebb. A házipénztáradat pedig kötelességed vezetni, ez teljesen független a könyveléstől.
  • “Ha meglenne a mérlegképesem, meg is csinálnám magamnak.” Igen. Én meg ha kőműves lennék, felépíteném a házamat. Ilyen ez.
  • “Nekem csak néhány számlám van.” Nem a számla rögzítése a legfontosabb része a munkánknak, azt szinte bárki megcsinálja… Ez akkor a legszimpatikusabb, amikor a bevallási határidő előtti napon viszed az anyagodat.

  • “Tegnap azt hallottam a tévében (rádióban), ez rám is vonatkozik?” Ha vonatkozna, már tudnál róla. Amit a médiában hallasz, általában még csak tervezet. Ezzel borzolják a kedélyeket, aztán vagy elfogadják, vagy nem.
  • “Tudom, hogy szabadságon vagy, csak egy percre zavarnálak, nagyon fontos!” Érzed ugye, hogy ez már milyen? Ez az egy perc… Akkor már a gyermek háttérbe szorítva, a meditáció megszakítva, mint ahogy a párjával való meghitt beszélgetés is. Ne csináld! Ha előre jelzi, hogy mikor megy szabadságra, akkor igyekezz tényleg csak akkor zavarni, ha létfontosságú.

  • “Ez a könyvelési díj nekem nagyon sok, nem lehetne kevesebb?” Általában emelés után szokott elhangozni. Az iroda nem piactér. A díjaink mindenkire egyformán vonatkoznak, több szempont figyelembevételével vannak kialakítva. Nálunk általában a megállapított díj alatt nem éri meg az adott vállalkozással foglalkozni, így a szerződésünk is tartalmazza, hogy ha nem sikerül megállapodnunk 15 nap alatt, az a szerződés megszűnését jelenti.

Biztosan van olyan közöttetek, aki magára ismer. A célom az, hogy lássátok a másik oldalt is és közeledjenek a felek egymáshoz. Optimális esetben sokáig dolgozunk együtt, jó, ha megmarad a jó kapcsolat.
